">The Sales Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the sales team and enhancing customer satisfaction by managing presales and aftersales communications, organizing office work, and assisting the general manager with daily tasks. This position is crucial for ensuring seamless communication with clients and the smooth operation of sales and administrative functions.
">Key Responsibilities:
">Presales and Aftersales Communication:
">- Engage with prospective clients to provide information about products and services, answer queries, and guide them through initial processes.
- Coordinate follow-ups and check-ins with clients after sales to ensure satisfaction and address any post-purchase questions or issues.
- Maintain records of client communications and follow-ups, ensuring all client data is accurate and up-to-date in the CRM system.
- Prepare and send proposals, quotations, and other sales-related documents.
Sales Support:
">- Assist the sales team by preparing presentations, organizing product samples, and managing sales materials.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and appointments for the sales team and general manager.
- Monitor inventory of sales and promotional materials and order replacements as needed.
Office Organization:
">- Oversee day-to-day office functions, including managing schedules, handling correspondence, and organizing office supplies.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and efficient workspace to support team productivity.
- Process and manage documentation, including contracts, invoices, and client records.
- Support general office management, including coordinating meetings and handling basic HR or payroll paperwork as needed.
Administrative Assistance to General Manager:
">- Provide administrative support to the general manager, including scheduling, meeting organization, and correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed by the general manager.
- Assist with project coordination, ensuring deadlines and client requirements are met.
Data Management and Reporting:
">- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, track sales performance, and provide regular updates to the general manager.
- Generate and analyze sales reports to assist in strategy development and sales forecasting.
- Track client interactions and analyze feedback to support ongoing improvements in client experience.
Requirements:
">Education:
">Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Experience:
">2+ years in a similar role, with experience in sales coordination, office administration, or customer service preferred.Skills:
">- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle client interactions professionally.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for effective office and data management.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing responsibilities.
Salary:
