Job Overview

At Groupxen, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Key Account Business Development Manager to join our team. As a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in the fitness industry or sporting goods and equipment distribution industry, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and expansion.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and expand existing ones.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in sales within the fitness industry or sporting goods and equipment distribution industry.
  • A valid Kuwaiti driving license.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for fitness and a healthy lifestyle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
Work Environment

This role requires a six-day workweek with one day off, and involves both indoor and outdoor work. If you have the relevant experience and are passionate about fitness, we would love to hear from you.
