Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at HealthCare Dynamics Gen. Trading Company W.L.L.
This role involves providing administrative support to our executives and team members, as well as managing daily office needs and general administrative activities.
Duties include:
- Managing phone calls and scheduling meetings
- Preparing reports and maintaining filing systems
- Providing exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Working independently and managing multiple tasks
To be successful in this role, you should have strong administrative skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred, but not required. Previous experience in a similar role is also beneficial.
