We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team.
About the Role:
- The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Projects Team, ensuring seamless coordination of projects from start to finish.
- Responsibilities include tracking projects, costs, schedule, and performance as needed, providing document control in Share Point and MS Outlook, and producing specific reports such as the Project Daily Situational Report.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum Qualifications: Three (3) years of similar experience in the construction industry is required, such as project controls, construction administration, or similar positions.
- Experience: Must have experience in data processing and/or record keeping. Must have a working knowledge of project management in the construction industry.
- Skills:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook, and Word.
