Job Description
The Senior Officer, Tenders will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to the fleet tender sales function of MNSS Toyota Units.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive enquiries / documents for tenders from Ministries and fleet owners.
• Check the tender terms and conditions and highlight any unique terms/conditions to the direct manager.
• Coordinate with Group Sales for product specifications and available options in order to prepare the final quotes.
• Translate all the received tender documents for TMC/internal departments and retranslate prior to submissions for Ministries and fleet owners.
• Validate the tender submission documents in order to ensure that all specifications and details are accurate.
• Follow up on tender results announcements and update the direct manager on the results.
• Maintain optimum stock of catalogues for the tender and display purpose.
• Prepare Tender Status and loss reports for the management review.
• Classify the tender documents under customers and government entities for filing and archival purposes.
• Provide support to Fleet Sales Administration for invoicing, registration and delivery.
