About This Role

This role offers an opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the delivery of projects in Kuwait. As a member of our team you will have the chance to develop your skills and experience in project coordination and support.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide administrative and coordination support to the Projects Manager and the Projects Team.
  2. Contribute to the development of technical documents, including SOWs, RFPs, ROMs, and technical volumes.
  3. Track projects, costs, schedule, and performance using Maximo and other systems.
  4. Produce reports and updates as required by the Projects Manager and stakeholders.
  5. Maintain document control and ensure compliance with contract requirements.
  6. Support site visits, inspections, and meetings with subcontractors and stakeholders.
Requirements

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Three (3) years of similar experience in the construction industry, preferably in project controls or construction administration.
  • Experience in data processing and/or record keeping.
  • A working knowledge of project management in the construction industry.
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook, and Word.
