International Business Development Manager – Kuwait

As a key member of the Al-Bahar team, you will be responsible for proactively managing and qualifying accounts in your assigned territory. Your primary goal is to establish and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular phone call campaigns and updates on their account information.
Main Responsibilities:- Proactively manage and qualify accounts in your assigned territory
- Maintain accurate customer account and contact information
- Develop and qualify leads for equipment or material handling
- Promote sales campaigns and events
- Achieve sales and coverage targets agreed upon in the annual business plan
- Sales revenue growth
- Territory penetration rate
- Customer satisfaction ratings

Requirements:To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You should also have a strong understanding of the industry and market trends.
What We Offer:We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
