As a Senior Manager, Strategy, you will play a key role in driving the growth and development of Ooredoo Kuwait. Your primary responsibility will be to support the development and monitoring of the company's growth strategy and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and monitoring of the company's growth strategy and operational excellence.
  • Define and establish strategic partnerships to generate new revenue streams and/or complement existing Ooredoo Kuwait assets and capabilities.
  • Work closely with the management team in support of developing the business strategy and its sets of strategic initiatives.
  • Support the 3-Year Business Planning and Development and cascading business strategy into the operational plans.
  • Make recommendations to the management team on specific opportunities (external as well as internal).
  • Provide analytically rigorous and data-driven insights that assist the company executives in making strategic decisions and drive business prioritization.
  • Prepare presentations with input to assist the management team in decision making.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in business development and strategy.
