We are seeking an experienced and results-driven professional to join our UBG team as a Senior IT Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing existing client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth in the IT sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute business strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  3. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
  4. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and technical support.
  6. Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, and sales performance reporting.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience (3+ years) in IT sales.
  3. Fluency in Arabic and English.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  7. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
