
Executive Office Coordinator

As an Executive Office Coordinator at Asas, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This includes handling government filings, HR tasks, basic accounting, and assisting staff with daily activities.
Key Responsibilities- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
- Organize and schedule appointments with clients and stakeholders.
- Write and distribute email correspondence, memos, letters, and forms.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and financial documents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
- Maintain contact lists and databases.
- Submit and reconcile expense reports.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients.
- Strong self-motivation, organizational, and attention to detail skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic math and accounting skills.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Working knowledge of office equipment, such as printers and fax machines.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
