We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive Assistant to support the CEO & President of our partner. This role is crucial in providing extensive administrative assistance, ensuring the smooth operation of executive functions and contributing to strategic projects within the oil industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Management/Engineering disciplines, a solid grasp of administrative processes, and the ability to work effectively with senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO & President, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling confidential information.
  • Assist in project management tasks, including planning, coordination, and execution of key initiatives within the firm.
  • Conduct detailed research and analysis to support decision-making processes and strategic planning.
  • Prepare and deliver technical reports, presentations, and communications, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Collaborate with various departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations and address any issues that arise.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, demonstrating excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Adapt to challenging conditions and be willing to work extra hours as needed to meet deadlines and project goals.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Managementdisciplines; International experience is highly preferred.
  • Experience: Overall experience of 8-10 Years with international firms in similar capacity; preferably O&G, FMCG, industry, with a focus on working alongside senior management.
  • Language Skills: Full Professional Proficiency in Arabic and English.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel/Powerpoint skills required).
