**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Development Specialist to join our team at WIYAK.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and securing new opportunities within our B2B segment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and expand our company's reach.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop strategies to enter new markets and achieve our company growth targets.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders across various industries.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate and secure business partnerships that align with our company goals.
  • Proposal Development: Create compelling proposals and presentations to attract clients and partners.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with management and other teams to ensure strategies align with company goals and client needs are met.
  • Trend Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and provide valuable insights to senior management.
  • Performance Tracking: Track and report on business development activities and growth progress.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with clients to identify growth opportunities and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously seek feedback to optimize business processes and improve strategies.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and generate reports as needed.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing or business.
  • Experience: 4-5 years of business development experience.
  • Skills: Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and/or Canva.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
