Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Revenue Growth Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in luxury hotel sales, with expertise in negotiating corporate accounts and strong communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to drive revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. They will also be expected to provide regular reports and reviews using sales and financial data, and collaborate with the operations team to optimize results.

Requirements:

  • Luxury hotel sales experience is preferred
  • Three years previous experience in luxury hotel selling negotiated corporate accounts
  • Proven track record in pursuing, evaluating, soliciting, selling, and confirming business as required
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage several demanding tasks in a consistently busy environment
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills in the English language
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
