About the Job

We are seeking a revenue growth specialist to join our team at Abroad Work. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives
  • Monitor market trends and competition to identify new opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with clients and negotiate contracts
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights
  • Train and onboard new sales team members
  • Conduct performance evaluations for sales team members
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in sales, preferably in the same industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of market trends and competition in the industry
  • Fluency in English is preferred but not required
