Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Retail Account Growth Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail segment, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with retail partners, ensuring their success on our platform.
This role requires excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for driving business growth. You will focus on operational excellence while being commercially driven to grow the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for retail partners, managing day-to-day interactions and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
- Account Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and order volume for retail partners, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient and effective operational processes for retail partners, addressing any logistical challenges and optimising operations.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse partner performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new retail partners, ensuring a smooth integration into our platform.
- Promotional Activities: Collaborate with partners and internal marketing teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by partners in a timely and effective manner.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in account management, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive business decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong operational acumen with the ability to optimise processes and resolve logistical challenges.
- Commercially driven and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
