Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Brink's Kuwait.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying and qualifying leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
  • Create business from new and existing client accounts through consultative selling approaches.
  • Manage complex negotiations and build rapport with clients to establish long-term relationships.
  • Prepare and submit proposals and quotations that meet client requirements.
  • Handle client queries and complaints in a professional manner.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of quota-carrying sales experience in a similar role.
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems and the ability to leverage them for sales success.
  • Demonstrable track record of over-achieving sales quota and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Valid Kuwait Driving License is required. A transferrable Kuwait residency/visa is also essential.
  • Prior outdoor sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
