The role of a Key Account Executive at United Beverage Company K.S.C.C is vital to our success in the Food & Beverage Production industry. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for fostering and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Develop and maintain robust relationships with key accounts to guarantee client satisfaction.
  • New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts effectively.
  • Presentation and Communication: Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to clients, showcasing our products and services.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Market Insights: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
  • Negotiation and Contracting: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
  • Reporting and Follow-Up: Provide regular reports on account status, sales forecasts, and market insights to management, while conducting regular follow-ups with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Industry Representation: Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote our company and its offerings.
  • Training and Development: Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record in account management or sales.
  • Teamwork and Independence: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Negotiation and Problem-Solving: Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Organization and Time Management: Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the food and beverage industry is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel as required for client meetings.
