DTS Solution is a leading provider of cybersecurity services, dedicated to helping businesses protect themselves against the ever-evolving threat landscape. As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and expansion across our territories.
Job Description:
- Identify and capitalize on new opportunities for DTS Solution's products and services, working closely with our management team and vendor partners.
- Lead and execute complex sales strategies, collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Develop and implement tailored account plans to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Foster relationships with key decision-makers and influencers through consultative selling and strategic planning.
- Stay abreast of emerging industry trends and their impact on cybersecurity, positioning our services as a trusted solution.
- Leverage a structured approach to demand generation, nurturing leads, and expanding our presence in key markets.
- Travel within designated territories and participate in company-wide events as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies aligned with DTS Solution's objectives.
- Execute targeted sales campaigns, leveraging networking and relationship-building skills to identify new opportunities.
- Support the development of strategic account plans, focusing on customer-centric approaches to drive growth and loyalty.
- Provide regular updates on sales performance, including pipeline growth, revenue projections, and attainment of sales targets.
- Drive penetration of DTS Solution's services and products across existing and new client bases, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Develop and implement tailored training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our sales teams.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, services, and competitors, using this expertise to differentiate ourselves in the market.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Associate's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Cyber Security focus preferred), coupled with a minimum of 5 years of sales experience. MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results-oriented performance.
- Strong understanding of KSA market dynamics and regulatory environment.
- Expertise in Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) and SOC as a Service (SOCaaS).
- Technical skills and ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.
- Certification in cybersecurity is an asset.
- Experience working with key cybersecurity tools and vendors.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
