Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing large enterprise accounts to ensure long-term loyalty and retention.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' requirements and pain points, and develop tailored solutions that address their challenges and align with their objectives.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure business deals with government entities and other large enterprise clients.
  • Identify, prospect, and cultivate new leads and opportunities within the B2B sector, leveraging market research and industry trends to inform strategic approaches.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather relevant information and develop comprehensive proposals that meet client requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, with a focus on large enterprise clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct thorough needs assessments and develop tailored solutions.
  • Knowledge of market trends, industry developments, and regulatory requirements, with the ability to leverage insights to refine sales strategies and tactics.
