Job Description:

The Strategic Account Manager plays a pivotal role in the Food and Beverage Production industry, focusing on building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients. This position requires a proactive approach to sales, ensuring that the needs of clients are met while also driving revenue growth for the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the food and beverage sector.
  • Conduct regular meetings and presentations to showcase product offerings and benefits.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional strategies tailored to key accounts.
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare reports to track progress against targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Participate in trade shows and industry events to network and promote the company's products.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with key accounts to maximize profitability.
  • Train and mentor junior sales staff to enhance team performance.
Preferred Candidate:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for sales and customer service.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Kuwait (FMCG)
  • Kuwait driving license
  • BA degree
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of the food and beverage industry trends.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Team collaboration and leadership skills.
