Strategic Account Manager

The Strategic Account Manager plays a pivotal role in the Food and Beverage Production industry, focusing on building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients. This position requires a proactive approach to sales, ensuring that the needs of clients are met while also driving revenue growth for the company.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the food and beverage sector.
- Conduct regular meetings and presentations to showcase product offerings and benefits.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional strategies tailored to key accounts.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare reports to track progress against targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Participate in trade shows and industry events to network and promote the company's products.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with key accounts to maximize profitability.
- Train and mentor junior sales staff to enhance team performance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a passion for sales and customer service.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Kuwait (FMCG)
- Kuwait driving license
- BA degree
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of the food and beverage industry trends.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
