Sales Leader for Government Relations

Are you a driven professional with a passion for building strong relationships and achieving results? We're looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our commercial team and lead our efforts in developing strategic partnerships within Kuwait's government and public sector.

A typical day would involve:

">
  • Proactively managing key accounts within the Kuwait government and public sector;
  • Building long-term relationships with ministries, embassies, defense, oil, and other government-related organizations;
  • Crafting and executing a clear sales strategy to meet revenue and market share targets;
  • Coordinating site visits, proposals, and negotiations that align with client requirements and our brand standards;
  • Collaborating with the Revenue, Front Office, and Events teams to ensure seamless delivery of client expectations;
  • Monitoring competitor activity and providing insights for pricing and positioning strategies;
  • Representing the organization at government events, expos, and business development forums.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a Sales Manager role within the hospitality sector, preferably with a focus on government clients in Kuwait;
  • A strong understanding of the Kuwait government procurement process and key decision-makers;
  • Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage;
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills;
  • A self-motivated individual who thrives under pressure and is results-focused;
  • Knowledge of hotel CRM and sales platforms is preferred.
