Government Sales Manager

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Government Sales Manager to lead our efforts in building strong connections within Kuwait's government and public sector.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management, with a focus on government clients in Kuwait. They will be responsible for developing and managing key accounts, building long-term relationships with ministries, embassies, defense, oil, and other government-related organizations.

  • Proactively develop and manage key accounts within the Kuwait government and public sector.
  • Build long-term relationships with ministries, embassies, defense, oil, and other government-related organizations.
  • Create and execute a clear sales action plan to meet revenue and market share targets.
  • Coordinate site visits, proposals, and negotiations that align with client requirements and brand standards.
  • Collaborate with the Revenue, Front Office, and Events teams to ensure seamless delivery of client expectations.
  • Monitor competitor activity and provide insights for pricing and positioning strategies.
  • Represent the hotel at government events, expos, and business development forums.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of success in a Sales Manager role within the hospitality sector, preferably with a focus on government clients in Kuwait.
  • A strong understanding of the Kuwait government procurement process and key decision-makers.
  • Fluent English language skills; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A self-motivated individual who thrives under pressure and is results-focused.
  • Knowledge of Opera, Delphi, or similar hotel CRM and sales platforms is preferred.
