Sales Manager – Government Sales

Are you driven by relationships and results? We're looking for a dynamic Sales Manager – Government Sales to join our team and lead efforts in building strong connections within Kuwait's government and public sector. If you excel at creating strategic partnerships and securing high-value accounts, this role is for you.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Proactively developing and managing key accounts within the Kuwait government and public sector.
  • Building long-term relationships with ministries, embassies, defense, oil, and other government organizations.
  • Creating and executing sales strategies to meet revenue and market share targets.
  • Coordinating site visits, proposals, and negotiations aligned with client needs and brand standards.
  • Collaborating with Revenue, Front Office, and Events teams to ensure seamless client service.
  • Monitoring competitor activity and providing insights for pricing and positioning strategies.
  • Representing the hotel at government events, expos, and forums.

Qualifications we seek:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the hospitality sector, preferably with government clients in Kuwait.
  • Understanding of Kuwait government procurement processes and decision-makers.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of Opera, Delphi, or similar CRM platforms is preferred.
