Sales Manager – Government Sales

Are you driven by relationships and results? We're looking for a dynamic Sales Manager – Government Sales to lead our efforts in building strong connections within the Kuwait government and public sector.

Your Day-to-Day:
  • Proactively develop and manage key accounts within the Kuwait government and public sector.
  • Build long-term relationships with ministries, embassies, defense, oil, and other government-related organizations.
  • Create and execute a clear sales action plan to meet revenue and market share targets.
  • Coordinate site visits, proposals, and negotiations that align with client requirements and brand standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of client expectations.
  • Monitor competitor activity and provide insights for pricing and positioning strategies.
  • Represent the hotel at government events, expos, and business development forums.
What We Need from You:
  • Proven experience in a Sales Manager role within the hospitality sector, preferably with a focus on government clients in Kuwait.
  • Strong understanding of the Kuwait government procurement process and key decision-makers.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Familiarity with hotel CRM and sales platforms is preferred.
