We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our commercial efforts in building strong connections within Kuwait's government and public sector.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively develop and manage key accounts within the Kuwait government and public sector.
  • Build long-term relationships with ministries, embassies, defense, oil, and other government-related organizations.
  • Create and execute a clear sales strategy to meet revenue targets.
  • Coordinate site visits, proposals, and negotiations that align with client requirements and our brand standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of client expectations.
  • Monitor competitor activity and provide insights for pricing strategies.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record in a Sales Manager role within the hospitality sector, preferably with a focus on government clients in Kuwait.

  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
