We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our commercial efforts in building strong connections within Kuwait's government and public sector.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively develop and manage key accounts within the Kuwait government and public sector.
- Build long-term relationships with ministries, embassies, defense, oil, and other government-related organizations.
- Create and execute a clear sales strategy to meet revenue targets.
- Coordinate site visits, proposals, and negotiations that align with client requirements and our brand standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of client expectations.
- Monitor competitor activity and provide insights for pricing strategies.

Requirements:
- A proven track record in a Sales Manager role within the hospitality sector, preferably with a focus on government clients in Kuwait.
