About the Job
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a leadership role in our front office team. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of hotel operations, including departmental functions, physical layouts, and key personnel roles.
- Assist in conducting training programs for front office staff.
- Direct and supervise front office operations, ensuring efficient service delivery.
- Manage credit problems and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Supervise and support front office staff, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
- Evaluate departmental performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Perform other duties as directed by the front office management.
