Are you passionate about guest service and creating unforgettable first impressions? We're looking for a dynamic and courteous Front Office Receptionist to be the face of our hotel and deliver exceptional service from check-in to check-out.

What You'll Do:
  1. Welcome guests warmly and ensure a smooth and professional check-in/check-out process.
  2. Handle reservations, room assignments, and guest requests efficiently using Opera PMS.
  3. Provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
  4. Manage phone calls, emails, and guest concerns with a positive and helpful attitude.
  5. Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs and exceed expectations.
  6. Ensure all front office procedures follow hotel standards and brand guidelines.
What We're Looking For:
  1. Prior experience in a 5-star hotel front office or guest relations role is essential.
  2. Proficiency in Opera PMS is mandatory.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Arabic language proficiency is a strong advantage.
  5. English fluency is required; additional languages are a plus.
  6. Well-groomed appearance and a friendly, service-oriented attitude.
  7. Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
