Job DescriptionFront Office Receptionist
First impressions matter As a Front Office Receptionist, you will greet guests from arrival to departure, ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.

- Manage night shifts on a rotational basis, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes
- Perform night audit procedures, accurately recording all financial transactions
- Monitor hotel security, coordinate with security personnel, and handle emergencies
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards
- Conduct night shift handovers and communicate key details to the morning team
- Manage room availability, late check-outs, and early arrivals
- Assist in resolving operational issues during the night
- Handle guest feedback and escalate issues when necessary
- Perform administrative tasks such as updating reports, managing emails, and tracking guest preferences
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for urgent room issues
- Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere at the front desk
- Greet guests, manage check-ins, respond to requests, and settle accounts with exceptional service
- Take initiative to personalize guest experiences
- Promote hotel facilities and look for opportunities to upsell to enhance guest stays
Ideal candidates will have:
- A service-oriented personality
- Experience in hospitality (preferred)
- Experience with Opera or similar systems (preferred)
- Fluency in English
- Additional languages are a plus
