This role requires hands-on leadership with strong people management, communication, and organizational skills to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the front office, aligning with hotel strategies and brand standards.
QualificationsIdeal candidates will have experience in a similar role within a 5-star luxury hotel and demonstrate the following traits:
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in luxury operations (minimum 2 years in a similar role)
- An eye for detail and a passion for customer service
- An entrepreneurial mindset suited for fast-paced environments
- Inspirational, caring, and engaging leadership with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for training and operational excellence
- Experience in large hotel operations is advantageous
