**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Administrator to join our team at V2X.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and reconciling US Government and Company communication device bills for the Telephone Billing and Reconciliation Office (TBRO).

This role requires a high level of knowledge of accounting practices and financial analysis, as well as excellent technical skills in Excel applications.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Input all government billing data from hard and soft copy reports into billing spreadsheets and download company mobile communication device data.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual internal and external financial reports.
  • Analyze usage data, cost history, and report trends and projections to management with US Government and Company MCD bills.
  • Assist management in using financial data to recommend alternatives to resolve problematic issues.
  • Monitor and record changes to reports from Directorates and return payment to the office. Submit reports to finance for payment.
  • Serve as Technical Monitor for Company cell phone service, monitoring and documenting performance of subcontractor to contract performance standards.

**Qualifications**

  • Associate degree in Accounting or related business subject; equivalent experience may be considered as a substitute.
  • CAC eligibility and/or obtain a CAC Card.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to obtain U.S. Government Motor Vehicle Operator's License and host nation Driver's License.
  • TWO years analyzing financial information and preparing financial reports.
  • THREE years experience in office administration and customer service role (such as counter service or IT help desk).
  • Ability to work effectively with employees and management of all levels.
