GFEBS Data Entry Technician Job Description:

This position is a key component of our LOGCAP support team in Kuwait. As a GFEBS Data Entry Technician, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring production compliance and accurate data transfer between Maximo and GFEBS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor production compliance requirements in Maximo and transfer actuals into GFEBS.
• Track issues with scheduling directives and standards driven by Preventive Maintenance Checks and Services (PMCS).
• Provide support to PWD O&M and Environmental Teams with GFEBS analysis.
• Ensure accurate time and detail capture during work execution.

• This position description is subject to change at any time as needed to meet the requirements of the program or company.

• Ensure work orders are assigned to the correct work breakdown structure (WBS).
• Review Maximo data and reports for completeness and accuracy prior to export into GFEBS.
• Revise Production Control schedules and workloads as needed due to labor or material shortages, backlogs, priority changes, or other interruptions.

• Ensure 100% compliance with applicable PWS requirements and quality controls within the department and directorate.
• Ensure products and services are consistent with external and internal requirements and expectations.
• Interface with PWD Leadership and provide reports and data as requested.
• Compile historical or other data and utilize data and trend analysis techniques to predict future outcomes.
• Provide the GFEBS Analyst with oral, written, and statistical reports.
• Review production schedules, work orders, and staffing to determine workload.
• Collaborate with management, materials warehouse, procurement, and engineering teams to meet productivity standards.
• Monitor and analyze work progress.
• Write reports in prescribed format to identify trends and key performance indicators.

• Education/Certifications:
High School Graduate or equivalent. Must possess country of origin driver's license to obtain a Kuwait driver's license. Must be CAC eligible.

• Experience:
Four (4) years of relevant experience. Solid background in automated data systems and automated processing data system input. Progressive experience in a Production Control arena. CMMS Maximo user experience required. Experience working in a customer service position and using automated processing data system are a must. Prior experience working in the US Military or a Government Contracting environment.

• Skills:
Demonstrates a professional demeanor and works effectively with all levels of employees. Ability to exercise direction and good judgment and possesses strong organizational and planning skills. Ability to work effectively and exercise sound judgement both independently and in a team environment. Strong written and verbal English skills. Possesses advanced skills in creating databases and spreadsheets. Knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.

• Working Conditions:
Must be capable of working in extreme weather conditions with temperatures exceeding 120 degrees Fahrenheit.
Indoor and/or outdoor environment with very adverse and harsh conditions (i.e., hot, dry, dusty, desert environment with average temperatures of 30 degrees in the winter and 130 degrees in the summer months). Includes some industrial production environment conditions as well.

• Physical Requirements:
Light work. Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
