Executive Office Coordinator

At SmartPet, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team. This individual will provide exceptional support to the CEO, contributing to the success of our organization through their expertise and dedication.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, ensuring efficient coordination of meetings and appointments.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, facilitating clear communication.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for the CEO, ensuring seamless execution.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism, upholding the highest standards of integrity.
- Assist in the preparation of board meetings, taking minutes during discussions and providing accurate records.
- Conduct research and compile data to support informed decision-making processes.
- Manage special projects as assigned by the CEO, delivering results-oriented outcomes.
- Monitor and respond to communications on behalf of the CEO, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Provide administrative support to other executives as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
