Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead our Al-Kuwait branch. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.

About the Role:
The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, a strong customer service orientation, and a good understanding of office management processes and procedures.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage all administrative tasks in the office
  2. Oversee and coordinate daily operations of the office
  3. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner
  4. Maintain records of all transactions within the office
  5. Monitor inventory levels and order new supplies as needed
  6. Ensure that all equipment is in working order
  7. Develop systems to improve office efficiency

Requirements:
  1. Previous experience as an Office Manager or in an administrative role
  2. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  3. Excellent communication skills with ability to multi-task
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
