Job Overview

Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and prepare agendas for meetings.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Provide administrative support to senior executives, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling confidential information.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures.
