Job Overview

We are seeking a driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Artecasa. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

We are looking for someone who is a strong communicator, able to work with existing clients to understand their needs and present reports to management to inform critical business decisions. You will also be responsible for ensuring the achievement of all sales targets and analyzing company objectives.

In this role, you will manage conversion rates, sales calls, revenue, and other reports to ensure accurate evaluation. Additionally, you will be expected to boost our company reputation by approaching existing and potential prospects in-person and remotely.

You will collaborate with our design, development, and executive teams to understand products or services for subsequent promotional activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics
  • Proven track record of maintaining professional ethics through exemplary soft skills
  • Excellent command of soft skills and deep understanding of sales values and principles
  • A high level of focus on driving sales with consistent performance and teamwork
  • Excellent phone and presentation skills
