Job Title: CRM and Loyalty Manager
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our customer relationship management (CRM) and loyalty program initiatives.
About Our Client:
A well-established restaurant group in the Middle East operates unique dining concepts across the region, offering competitive benefits and a dynamic work environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive CRM strategies to foster customer retention, engagement, and acquisition across diverse restaurant concepts.
- Create and manage cutting-edge loyalty programs tailored to casual, upscale, and premium dining audiences, ensuring seamless integration across all platforms.
- Analyze customer data and insights to drive personalized marketing campaigns, monitor program performance, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM initiatives with operational objectives, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and measurable business growth.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the restaurant sector.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Technical proficiency in CRM software, loyalty platforms, and data analysis tools is required.
- Candidates from the Middle East are welcome; however, current experience in Kuwait is preferred.
