Key Responsibilities

  1. Partner Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for retail partners, managing day-to-day interactions and ensuring their satisfaction with Deliveroo's services.
  2. Account Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and order volume for retail partners, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  3. Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient and effective operational processes for retail partners, addressing any logistical challenges and optimising operations.
  4. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse partner performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  5. Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new retail partners, ensuring a smooth integration into the Deliveroo platform.
  6. Promotional Activities: Collaborate with partners and internal marketing teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
  7. Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by partners in a timely and effective manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong operational acumen with the ability to optimise processes and resolve logistical challenges.
  • Commercially driven and results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
