We are seeking an experienced Rider Operations Manager to join our team at Talabat. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for monitoring and improving rider performance, managing outsourced companies, and supervising Rider Coordinators.
About the Role- Monitor and Improve Rider Performance: Assist in enhancing rider efficiency and compliance with our guidelines.
- Rider Roster Management: Allocate shifts, breaks, and off-days effectively.
- Late Login Lists: Prepare and share late login lists with our 3 PL partners.
- Team Meetings: Attend meetings with 3 PL supervisors and zone leaders to discuss performance and updates.
- Bachelor's Degree: A degree in a relevant field is required.
- Strong Communication Skills: Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.
- Industry Experience: 2-3 years of experience in the food/grocery tech industry is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Suite tools is necessary.
- Influencer and Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders is essential.
- People Management: Strong people management and stakeholder management skills are required.
The estimated salary range for this position is between $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience. This estimate is based on national averages for similar positions in the MENA region.
