Overview

The Directorate Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Community Service Directorate. This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Senior Director and Operations Manager, focusing on identifying contractual requirements and program deliverables.

In collaboration with the team, this coordinator determines timely data reporting and provides guidance on tasks, projects, and new company policies and procedures. The successful candidate will also be responsible for CDRL submissions and validation of data input from functional departments.

Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide assistance to various departments, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, preparing reports, and presentations.
  • Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to inform decision-making processes, generating operational reports, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and presenting data insights to the Senior Director and MOC Team.
  • Project Management: Assist the CSD operations manager in planning and executing projects, ensuring that project milestones are met on time and within scope.
  • Communication: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between departments and the Senior Director, ensuring that everyone is aligned with directorate goals.
Qualifications
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree preferred, with 7 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in Community Services Operations.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, knowledge of business and management principles, and proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Working Environment: Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent exposure to extreme climatic conditions, and ability to lift 25lbs continuously and 50lbs intermittently.
