As an Executive Assistant/Office Manager, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our executives, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and maintaining the highest level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Calendar Management: Coordinate schedules, plan meetings, and prepare materials for executives
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange travel itineraries, book flights, and hotels
  • Meeting Preparation: Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and minutes
  • Office Operations: Manage office supplies, maintain files, and coordinate logistics

You will be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Your ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment will be essential to your success in this role.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, office management, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant, office manager, or similar role with a strong track record of success
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders
