We are seeking a highly skilled Office Support Specialist to join our team at Client of Domo Ventures W.L.L. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask effectively, and possess a professional demeanor.
Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our company.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk and ensure it is always presentable and well stocked
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and communication within the company
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills
Estimated Salary: $25,000 - $35,000 per annum.
