Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the front desk and ensure it is always presentable and well stocked
  2. Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments
  3. Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
  4. Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and communication within the company

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills

Estimated Salary: $25,000 - $35,000 per annum.
