Job Description

The Office Operations Director plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This individual will oversee the administration of our office, including coordinating travel arrangements, arranging meetings, and managing supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the administration of our office, including coordinating travel arrangements and managing supplies.
  • Arrange meetings and ensure that all necessary materials are prepared.
  • Manage logistics related to generating and tracking PRs and distribution of resources.
  • Ensure operations comply with relevant regulations and standards, and manage risks associated with operational activities.

Qualifications

  • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Education/Certifications: Bachelor's Degree preferred and/or related experience in Community Services Operations.
    • Experience:
      • Minimum 7 years experience in Administrative role (Medical Administration, MWR, Postal, Hotel or Billeting Operations).
    • Skills:
      • Excellent oral and written skills.
      • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
