We are seeking a skilled HR Officer to join our team in Kuwait. This role requires strong experience in payroll management, administrative tasks, and recruitment support.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Kuwait labor laws and be able to maintain accurate and confidential employee records, contracts, and compensation details.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Processing: Accurately and timely process payroll activities, ensuring compliance with Kuwait labor laws.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive workplace culture and ensure smooth execution of payroll and HR functions.
  • Documentation Management: Handle documentation related to employee attendance, leaves, and end-of-service benefits in accordance with company policies.
  • Support Services: Provide recruitment support, including job postings, shortlisting candidates, and onboarding new hires.

Requirements:

  • Currently residing in Kuwait with a strong understanding of the local job market.
  • Proven experience in payroll processing and HR administration, with knowledge of local labor laws and best practices.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
