About the Role:

The Combined Group Contracting Company (K.S.C.C) seeks an experienced HR Coordinator to oversee human resource and administrative activities within the project. This role requires a strong understanding of Company Policy and Procedures as well as the Kuwait Labor Law.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage administration activities, including data processing tasks.
  • Collaborate closely with Human Resources and Administration sections to achieve shared goals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HR and administrative matters, resolving issues promptly.
  • Support recruitment efforts by preparing application forms for new project employees.
  • Register new project employees in the time attendance system, monitor attendance regularly, and record employee absence and lateness.
  • Prepare requests on behalf of project employees, such as annual leave and sick leave.
  • Work with site employees to prepare overtime payment lists and coordinate with the Payroll Section for issuance of payments.
  • Coordinate with the Payroll and Personnel Sections for updates related to Employee records.
  • Track and follow up on residency/civil ID renewals and local transfers with the Passport Section.
  • Prepare reports and provide documentation as needed.
  • Maintain confidential employee and company information.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned, including managing petty cash and preparing employee and vehicle permits.

Requirements:

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • 3-5 years of experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English languages.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of Kuwait Labor Law.
  • Experience using an ERP system, preferably SAP and SF cloud system.
