Job Description:
- Support the efficient operation of our business by performing various HR-related tasks.
- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate payroll and salary calculations.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Facilitate recruitment and dismissal procedures, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Maintain up-to-date personnel records, adhering to data protection policies.
- Coordinate legal notifications, guaranteeing timely and accurate submissions.
- Nurture strong relationships with government agencies and institutions.
- Oversee annual leave balances, ensuring consistency and fairness.
- Implement and enforce a standardized leave and shift system.
- Respond promptly to employee inquiries, providing clear and concise information.
- Ensure adherence to Labor Law, SGK, and İşkur regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- 1-2 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
