About the Position:

We are seeking a highly motivated Compliance and Benefits Administrator to join our team at HealthCare Dynamics Gen. Trading Company W.L.L.

The ideal candidate will have experience in payroll compliance and benefits administration, with strong attention to detail and analytical skills. They will be responsible for ensuring compliance with payroll laws and regulations, while also administering employee benefits and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with payroll laws and regulations
  • Administer employee benefits, including health insurance and retirement plans
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure confidentiality
  • Address and resolve payroll-related discrepancies and employee queries
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to develop and implement compliance procedures
