The Client Relations Manager will play a key role in identifying and securing new business opportunities for Move One's relocation and moving services.

This involves presenting our services to prospective corporate clients, ensuring we are added to their approved vendor lists, and developing strategies to secure contracts and win bids for ad hoc relocation needs.

Focusing on building and maintaining long-term relationships with corporate clients, the position ensures seamless service delivery and encourages repeat business and referrals.

Client Relationship Management

The Client Relations Manager will maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure satisfaction with services.

Account Maintenance and Reporting

The Client Relations Manager will monitor client accounts, ensuring all services are delivered on time and within scope.

Coordinating with internal teams to manage logistics, the position ensures seamless service delivery and regularly reviews and assesses client needs.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in business development, sales, or client relations, ideally within the relocation or logistics industry.

Familiarity with the corporate procurement process and vendor management is also required.
