Revenue Growth Manager Responsibilities

The Revenue Growth Manager will lead revenue growth initiatives across market segments, driving sales and revenue growth through strategic planning, execution, and analysis. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and ensuring seamless collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue across market segments, meet sales targets, and drive new business opportunities.
  2. Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, conduct client meetings, and ensure repeat business through exceptional service and IHG's Key Account Management framework.
  3. Team Collaboration: Work with Revenue Management and Marketing teams to align sales efforts, create targeted campaigns, and mentor junior sales colleagues.
  4. Operational Excellence: Use CRM tools to manage the sales pipeline, prepare accurate reports, and ensure compliance with IHG's sales standards.
  5. Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing insights for strategic planning.
  6. Upholding IHG Standards: Demonstrate True Hospitality in all client interactions and support initiatives promoting inclusivity, sustainability, and community engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent
  • Presentable, Preferably Kuwaiti National or Arabic speaker with excellent command of English, other languages would be an added advantage
  • At least 2 years of progressive hotel sales experience required for premium or luxury brands within the hospitality industry or equivalent
  • Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all guests and Clients
  • Ability to do market research and identify new business opportunities
  • Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of MS Office Suite Programs, Opera knowledge preferred
  • Familiarity with virtual tools for the purpose of sales & customer engagement.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
