About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead our administrative team in the Al-Kuwait branch. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities include managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, maintaining records, and monitoring inventory levels. You will also be expected to develop systems to improve office efficiency and ensure that all equipment is in working order.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as an Office Manager or in an administrative role
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to multi-task
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software

The salary for this position is 900 per month. We encourage applicants from diverse backgrounds and are open to considering immigrant candidates with minimal work experience.
