An experienced E-Commerce Specialist is needed to develop and execute an e-commerce market strategy, drive forward e-commerce capabilities, and establish strong relationships with e-commerce customers.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in Kuwait's FMCG environment, with experience in e-commerce. They must possess excellent business acumen, be adept at developing strategic relationships, and have a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor e-commerce trends and initiate market initiatives to capitalize on new opportunities. Support e-commerce delivery against short, medium, and long-term cross-functional goals, ensuring buy-in and alignment across all functions.
Essential Skills and QualificationsA digital mindset is crucial, as well as fluency in English (both written and verbal communication). Arabic is a significant advantage.
The successful candidate will be able to interpret and commercialize category and shopper insights, demonstrating the delivery of initiatives that result in brand and/or category growth.
